Drive-By Appraisals: lenders, owners & brokers
Desk-Top Appraisals: lenders, owners & brokers
Property Inspections: construction draws, renovations, etc. outside of the service area are subject to additional fees.
Relocation Appraisals: on standard forms the fees are are the same as above, all full form relocation reports (CERC etc.) are subject to a fee increase and quoted on an individual basis depending on the size and location of the property.
Residential properties outside of the service area: are subject to a fee increase or a per kilometer fee predetermined by distance to the property or your guidelines. Residential acreage properties within the service area are subject to a fee increase depending on the size of the property (up to a maximum of 10 acres of vacant land) and the number of improvements required to satisfy individual lending requirements.
Residential rural acreage properties: outside of the regular service area are quoted on an individual basis.
Residential reports for legal purposes or private individuals: are quoted on an individual basis depending on the purpose of the appraisal. (Legal purposes; divorce, foreclosure, retrospective, tax purposes, etc.).
Appraisal assignments can provide a current or retrospective market value for the purposes of:
